Despite our successful history together. However, this 3rd year, the 25th Anniversary was a reminder that events are live, breathing organisms. They are unpredictable. We faced a “perfect storm” of hurdles, including technical errors that delayed our lead time, unprecedented foyer setup issues disrupted preparation, and vendor miscommunications affected segments of the program flow.
Here is where we stand: We don’t make excuses nor point fingers. While we have a 3-year track record of excellence with Oneness Holding, we acknowledge that for a milestone this big, anything less than “superb” is a lesson to be learned. We own our mistakes because we believe that integrity is the only way to treat a long-term partner.
We conducted a rigorous post-mortem to ensure our standards for company dinner and dance productions remain the highest in the industry. From tighter emcee briefings to more robust venue site-checks, we are turning these challenges into a blueprint for future success.
