Our role in the successful Hillsong London LIVE Asia Tour 2025 SG (Singapore)
On 11 November 2025, Hillsong London made its very first stop in Singapore as part of the Hillsong London LIVE Asia Tour. Held at The Star Theatre, he worship-focused concert welcomed an estimated 3,500 attendees, transforming the venue into a vibrant gathering of faith, community, and purpose.
Behind the scenes, Teamup Event played a pivotal role not only in artist hospitality, but in the broader orchestration as the Singapore promoter and live concert event manager.
As the promoter and organizer for the Singapore leg of the tour, our team managed various critical aspects to ensure the event was both spiritually meaningful and fully compliant with local regulations. This included:
To secure all necessary permits and licenses, specifically for a live worship concert event in Singapore. We facilitated script and lyric reviews, aligning with regulatory requirements without compromising the spiritual authenticity of the event.
Focusing on attendee flow, security, ushering, ticketing, and paramedic standby. We worked closely with the venue representatives in every department, including Front-of-House, Securities, Usherettes, Productions, etc to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for all attendees.
Through this role, we provided full live concert event management support that blended professionalism with respect for the religious nature of the gathering.
Our hospitality responsibilities began once Hillsong London touched down in Singapore. From the airport to their hotel, and onward to the venue, we were there every step of the way.
